HL Megamaster Positioner

Megamaster Positioner includes the frame, flipping mechanism, flipping drive system, rotary mechanism and rotary drive system. Both the flipping shaft and the rotary shaft are driven by a speed reduction motor, and the rotary action is realized with the help of gear transmission.
In terms of drive methods, the flipping shaft and rotating shaft of the position changer are both driven by speed reduction motors, ensuring that the equipment maintains synchronization and stability during operation. The motors are equipped with brake functions, making the equipment not only efficient but also safe and reliable. From an overall structural perspective, the center of gravity of the equipment is within the base range, thus providing excellent anti-overturning capability and adaptability to various working scenarios.

In terms of design details, the flange center is equipped with a through-hole, and the backside has reserved mounting holes for the bracket. This design facilitates the installation of hydraulic rotary joints and brackets, while allowing hydraulic pipes to pass through the through-hole, optimizing the piping layout of the equipment. Additionally, T-shaped grooves are designed in all eight directions of the flange, meeting the installation requirements of fixtures. Furthermore, during later design phases, customized designs can be made according to specific fixture requirements, significantly enhancing the versatility and adaptability of the equipment, providing users with a more flexible and efficient usage experience.
